I'm not going to go into calculating Tien's power as I have already stated that I think 1st Form Cell would win and given my reasons above. It is true power level are not shown after the Frieza saga but at least my theory proves that his gap to 1st form Cell is not a small 1, it's a HUGE 1. If Tien could of been weaker than the Ginyu Force who are leagues away from Frieza in his 1 form let alone his Final form which Cell far exceeds. There is not way Tien can even fight with Cell, it would of been a massacre than a fight. I just said that Tien was stronger than the Ginyu Force at that moent in time due to the immense training he had under-went between his arrival on Kaio-sama's planet and the appearance of 1st Form Cell. But I totally agree that Cell would win.

Firefox	1st form cell beacause of the facts that Tien's energy continues to drain as he usues his tri-beam so he would eventually cease to attack him and cell could easily just regenerate after he is done and wipe him out. especially considering the fact that cell can regenarate from a single cell, not that tien's attack would bring him to that situation. Cell wins
